Business Decision Support

Korindo, overcoming a lot of challenges during the last 40 years, has become one of the high-rank companies in the nation, while being in the peak among the Korean companies in Indonesia. - Minimum 5 years experience in the same fields
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations in the HR area
- Strong supervisory, coaching skill and interpersonal skill

2) Legal Team (Papua Based – 3 person)
- Male, S1 from reputable university, Maximum 35 years old
- Min 3 yrs experience in the same fields especially in permit & license
- Strong knowledge of GA practices, policies, procedures, systems

3) Senior Marketing Executive
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Economic/Management
- Male, Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Trading and Marketing

4) HRD Supervisor
- Male/Female, S1 Law/HRM, age max 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in HRM, especially in setup and implementation of CBHRM
- Good knowledge of DEPNAKER's Labor law and regulation

5) HR Trainer
- Male/Female, S1 Psychology/HRM, max 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years as a Trainer in a training management team
- Have certification Train the Trainer from reputable institution
- Self motivated, and eager to help other achieve their best
- Strong presentation skill and communication skill

6) Ship-Mates (Asiki based – 2 person)
- Degree from Marine College with ANT-III /ANT-II /ANT I certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling permits for operating a jetty
- Good knowledge of Indonesian and International Marine policy and regulation is a must
- Experienced in water transportation esp. cargo vessel and barge
- Experienced in ship safety, security and environmental protection
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player

7) Ship Sailor (ASIKI based – 2 person)
- S1 Technique machine minimum grade 3, Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Experienced in handling permits for opening jetty
- Experienced in water transportation esp cargo vessel and barge
- Experienced in ship safety, security and environmental protection
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player

8) Ship ISO & ISM Officer (1 person) *International Safety Management (ISM)
- S1 Technique, Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Experienced in ship safety, security and environmental protection
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player

9) Superintendent Machine Repair (2 person)
- S1 Technique machine, Male, maximum 30 years old
- Min. 3yr experience in machinery maintenance of cargo, vessel and barge
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player

10) Mining Engineering (5 person)
- S1 in Geology and mining engineering, male, maximum 30 years old
- Min 3 years experience in mining from Feasibility study to exploration
- Active English skill, both written and spoken (TOEIC 600 up)
- Possession of AutoCAD drawing Skill is preferred
- Good Attitude, hard working and team player

11) Accountant (2 person)
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Accounting /Computerized Accounting
- Female, Maximum 25 years old
- Having experiences 3 years as internal auditor and/or external auditor
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

12) Secretary (1 person)
- D3/S1 from Korean / English Literature
- Female, age max 25 years old
- Min 1-2 yrs experience has been working with government institution will be advantage

13) Management Information system (MIS/IT) (10 person)
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Information System
- Male / female, Maximum 27 years old
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, 1-2 years experience will be advantage
- Practical knowledge in PHP, JAVA, SQL Server, AS 400, COBOL.

14) Receptionist (2 person)
- Diploma degree generally required
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

15) Chief Technician – Papua
- Male, with maximum 40 years
- S1 Mechanical Engineer / Otomotif
- Min. 3yr experience in machinery maintenance of palm oil factory and heavy equipment
- Hard worker, honest and good attitude
- Willing to be placed in a CPO Mill in Asiki distric – Merauke, Papua

16) Automotive Technician – Papua
- Male, with maximum 40 years
- D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineer / Otomotif
- Min. 3yr experience in machinery maintenance of palm oil factory and heavy equipment
- Hard worker, honest and good attitude
- Willing to be placed in a CPO Mill in Asiki distric – Merauke, Papua

17) Electrical Material Controller (2 person)

Qualification(17-21):

- Bachelor degree (S1)
- Experienced handling several petrochemical, steel and industrial plant EPC project from bidding until execution stage

- Have good understanding for technical issues and problem solving skill
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hard worker, ready to work under target
