Bisa dikatakan gaji pegawai di Indonesia sangatlah relatif tergantung dari banyak faktor namun yang terpenting dan sangat mempengaruhi yaitu jabatan, lokasi daerah, dan level perusahaan (nasional atau multinasional). Standar Gaji di Indonesia


1. Fresh Graduates - Kisaran gaji 2 – 3 juta per bulan.
Gaji ini tentunya sudah lumayan untuk anda yang baru lulus S1 dinilai dari tingkat persaingan dengan para sarjana lainnya. Artinya masih banyak lulusan sarjana yang bersedia bekerja dengan gaji di bawah 2 juta per bulan.

2. Asisten Manajer - Kisaran gaji 5 – 8 juta per bulan.
Jabatan asisten manajer sangat layak anda pegang jika sudah bekerja 3 hingga 5 tahun. Namun jika dalam kurun waktu ini jabatan anda tidak naik-naik maka silakan pertimbangkan karir anda di perusahaan saat ini. Kecuali gaji anda naik rata-rata 20 % setiap tahunnya, tentu lain lagi persoalannya.

3. Manajer / Kepala Bagian - Kisaran gaji 10 – 15 juta per bulan.
Untuk bisa mencapai posisi ini anda harus mempunyai pengalaman setidaknya 7 hingga 10 tahun. Gaji ini tentunya dibarengi dengan kenaikan tunjangan lain termasuk kendaraan pribadi.

4. General Manajer. Kisaran gaji 20 – 30 juta per bulan. 
Gaji ini ditambah tunjangan plus bonus yang bisa berlipat-lipat dari gaji.

5. Kepala Divisi / Eksekutif/ Direktur / Direktur Utama - Kisaran gaji 50 – 100 juta per bulan.

Donggi-Senoro LNGPT Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG) is a foreign investment company established by PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Medco Energi International Tbk, Mitsubishi Corporation and Korean Gas Company (KOGAS). Our main business is to process natural gas into quefied Natural Gas (LNG) for export and the plant is located in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi.

The Donggi-Senoro (DSLNG) LNG Project is the first LNG project in which MC acts as the largest stakeholder. Indonesia is one of the largest LNG exporters in the world and this project will be Indonesia's fourth LNG project after the Tangguh LNG project where our Indonesia Project Unit is involved in. Targeting the start of production and delivery of approximately two million tons of LNG per year along with associated condensate from the second half of 2014, the plant construction work is under way outside Luwuk city, Central Sulawesi province.

PT. DSLNG, the project company, has concluded the heads of agreement for the "LNG sales and purchase agreement (LNG SPA)" with Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. and Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. respectively. Furthermore, Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas), the world's largest LNG buyer, have agreed not only LNG SPA with PT. DSLNG but also their participation in the project as a co-operator through the investment via "special purpose company (SPC)" established as a joint-venture between MC and Kogas.

Responsibilities:

- Routine website and database operation
- Web Security; Ensuring that the DSLNG website and database system is secure, free from hackers' attacks and preventing it from getting/sending spam messages and other malicious items
- Web Servers; Keeping the program on the server machine (web server) of the DSLNG website running smoothly. Also keeping the web server up-to-date with the latest patches and make sure that the Web pages that it displays are actually displaying
- Web Software; Installing and maintaining all the software for the DSLNG website and database management system.
- Log Analysis; Analyzing the log files of the Web server for continuous improvement of DSLNG Web site. Ensuring that the Web logs are stored and rotated so that they don't take over all the space on the server
- Content Management; Managing, maintaining and controlling the large and dynamic collection of the website materials in a content management system

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Journalism / Communication, Information & Technology and or Information System Management
- 3-5 years experience managing content and production for websites
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems (Drupal, Convio, Kintera, etc.)
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
- The company will provide excellent remuneration and benefits package commensurate with qualification and experience.
